I'd like to address something else since I've got you here. Like Keydet Life? Thanks! It means a lot to me. Want to share my drawings? HOLY MACKEREL. THAT'S AWESOME! I'm glad you do. But I have one request: Do not alter my work.
I recently found out that somebody shared my drawing on another Facebook page that's far more popular than mine (188,000+ followers compared to my 1,800). At first I was delighted! I felt honored somebody would think it worthy to bring it to an audience over 100 times the size of mine. But then I realized they had removed my credit. The title that I include on the top left and my web address that I incorporate on the bottom right of my drawings was cropped out. In essence, they gave me GREAT visibility, and I benefited from none of it.
I will give some credit to the Facebook page, however. After I contacted them they posted a link to my Facebook page in their comments section. Yet as we all know, a single comment is often buried from view. After further pestering they simply wrote "Keydet Life" in the caption. This also seemed like minimal effort, but they did it none the less.
One of my BR's and best friends found out about this and spammed their post with so much of her opinion on the matter that the page ended up deleting my drawing. This was fine by me as I had requested they either replace the image with the original, give me credit for my work, or delete it in its entirety. Thanks Hannah!
